Columbus Technical College Workforce Investment Act Program (WIA) Hartline Building, Room 156 B WIA is a federally funded program designed to pick up costs not covered by HOPE or Pell. Full-time students in diploma and degree programs may be accepted if WIA guidelines are met. Students must be a Georgia resident* or a dislocated worker from another state having been laid off by a Georgia employer.
Health Science students must be accepted in their program of choice prior to enrolling into WIA.
